Tami Pahl has a Masters Degree in Social Work and brings her special gift for working with people to her Music Together classes. During her career as a social worker, Tami worked with children and families in New York, including families of children with special needs. While living in Arizona, she learned about Music Together from friends who loved the program. During her 6 years as a Music Together mom, she fell in love with the program and became a registered Music Together Teacher in 2004. She taught in Arizona, and opened Kids Make Music here in 2007. She is delighted to be bringing this fun-filled and enriching program to Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Coral Springs.

Tami comes from a musical family. Visitors to their home always looked forward to a joyous time being entertained by singing, dancing and instrument play. Friends and family knew that they would be participating, even if it was just to hum along or tap out a beat on the couch. Tami was never happier then when she was playing her guitar, singing and dancing, and this still holds true today. She studied dance in her youth, and both studied and taught guitar.

Marie-Jo is an experienced elementary school music teacher who plays harp, piano, guitar and other instruments. She has been named Teacher of the Year. She conducts the children and adult choir, and the handbell ensemble at a church in Boca Raton. Her choir has performed at Carnegie Hall and at The Vatican. She is also a composer. Her specialty is children's music. She fell in love with the Music Together philosphy, and found it to be a wonderful match for her love of music and family.
